STYLE 3 : Low cost "Must have" Fall-Winter 2011-12

The thermometers are going down in Qatar, however as we cannot wear everything of the new low cost collections proposals, we made a selection of what we have liked the most and the most wearable and timeless pieces in Qatar starting with Uterqüe. Is a spanish brand which respected this season trends and brought us fantastic new timeless quality accessories for this fall winter; scarfs snake, clutches, wallets,  and belts which you will be able to accessorize best with any monocolor look very "in" this season, specially the "total white look"  to be the most stylish and elegant woman in the room!.

I´m always surprised when I see mini skirts in the stores windows in Qatar as you cannot certainly wear them here, but I have enclosed this "total white look" as you can combine this fabulous white blouse with a longer skirt and look even more  elegant!. The bag is big enough to wear to the office and complements the total white look.

Las gafas y el clutch son fantásticos!
Fantastic clutch and sunglasses!

The vertical lines of the jacket stylizes any silhouette and is prevents a cold in Qatar´s AC!.

I love this refined look, forget the sweater, the cut, color and shape of the skirt is ideal if you´re a curved woman with pronounced hips. The heels are wearable, elegant and comfortable and the wallet is  super stylish!.

Here´s a selection of Zara by Inditex looks for this season!

The sequin straight cut skirt is a great investment and a timeless!.

A monocolor straight dress with a striking accessory is a "must have" now and ever. If you are a C or D cup choose a "V" neck and a long necklace.

A pencil skirt is always a good investment to have in your closet but be careful with the openings, you do  not wish to be vulgar!. Do not renounce to prints but the smaller the thiner you will look!

Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week

Most of our designers followed the season trends in Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week however, undoubtedly we have seen very long fluffy shiny skirts and pants, monocromatic  and sober looks, paillettes, turbans and even head scarfs!. A clear orientalism and arabic inspiration. Not in vain many international designers invested in The Middle East, opened their stores in the exclusive island in the Pearl, Qatar and when The West is struggling with the world´s economic crisis, Qatar is living its golden times as an emerging and powerful economy. A few of our big fashion spanish brands recently  opened their stores in very well known malls,  but what we pronosticate it will be a huge hit , it will be haute couture. Her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser Al Missned,  a beauty and elegance icon all over the world, made a huge impact in Spain a few months ago , and as we could observe, many of our designers have reflected it in their collections in Cibeles Fashion Week!.

STYLE 2 : The white shirt

“The white shirt is like a word that  every day we pronounce however we like” said Gianfranco Ferré. I believe is the basic in a women´s closet as it is the elegance, innocence and rigor symbol. For Ferré, architect of fashion for  excellence and an institution in regards to the cut of the white shirt, is a universal garment and a femininity symbol. You can play with the ambiguity as women in the  20s did with the “garçon” look or make of the white shirt an identity sign as Catherine Hepburn or Diane Keaton, unconditional fan of  70s masculine white shirts. Big fans of the white shirt are Carole Bouquet, Karl Lagerfeld muse, Sharon Stone who went to the Oscars with a  long Vera Wang skirt and a white shirt, Carolyn Bessete and Princess Diana, Jane Fonda and Queen Rania of Jordan.

The white shirt is every season re-interpreted basic. This season we tend to romanticism. Extremely elegant, refined and professional during the day and in the evening just add a big necklace to look fabulous!.

How many white shirts do you have in your closet?

Cuál os gusta más ?
Who would you  pick?
